SpongeBob gets a bad case of "the Suds". He tells Patrick about the problem, who in shock, warns him not to go to the doctor. Patrick decides to be SpongeBob's doctor. Meanwhile, Sandy attempts to bring SpongeBob to a real doctor, much to Patrick's dismay.
