Since SpongeBob is too much of a wimp to work out, he orders fake muscle arms so he can seem strong. Everything is doing great until Sandy signs SpongeBob up for a anchor throwing contest. SpongeBob tries as hard as he can to lift up the anchor and throw it, but his fake muscles pop and Sandy finds out that they were fake.
