Season 2, Episode 1 : Bossy Boots

Pearl comes to work at The Krusty Krab and decides to change the name to The Kuddly Krab and make it a teen-oriented restaurant. Mr. Krabs says SpongeBob has to fire Pearl because the new changes are costing him too much money. SpongeBob gets rid of her and she becomes happy about it.
